Basically grandmother has picked up my child today (which isn’t on order) and expects her to have tomorrow aswel. I didn’t realise dates were wrong until after she went. She’s refusing to swap it or make up the time. It’s my fault for falling into her trap. She’s adamant it’s on her order for the 17th (which is clearly a lie) do I send my child tomorrow or do I fight it and say I believed it to be a swap in days as she’s turned up on the wrong day? Don’t want to break the order but don’t want to back down to her and let her get away with it. My child didn’t want to go today and doesn’t tomorrow. Her dad is never there on the Saturday dates either and I’m sure it states that he is meant to be. Isn’t that breaking an order also? I know that if I don’t let her go tomorrow then she will bring me back to court. Misunderstanding on both sides maybe but she is unwilling to correct leaving me with less time with my daughter 😢 what would you do?
