Can I have a post please.. how old were your little ones when they started walking? mine is 17 months & still no walking š some people say well he should be walking by now & others say he’l do it in his own time also when he stands up he stands up by the inside of his foot is this normal? Only on one foot too.. he hasn’t seen a health visitor since 6 months cause every time she arranges an appointment it’s always when I’m at work or he’s at nursery so I ring them but it only ever goes to voicemail so I leave a message & no one gets back to me & she still arrives at said time cause she puts a card through the letterbox to say ‘sorry I’ve missed you’ should I be worried? Thanks x

My first daughter and my first son was 9/10 months. My second daughter is currently 8 months and not long started sitting herself…. All children are different. Donāt worry about it. If you are too worried about it, you can always speak to your doctor or health visitor and ask for advice on how to help you teach your little one? Xx
My son did it a month before he turned two! We even had some physio sessions before people say not to worry but it’s hard not to! For a physio appointment they wait until their 18 months I think and it has to be a hv referral so try and get in touch x
I wouldnt worry at this stage. I work in a nursery and have had children walk at 8 months and others not walk untill the age of 2 years. Each child is sooooooooooooooo different and will do it when they are ready. xxx
My 1st was 17 months but was told to take 5 months off that as she had been is a harness for clicky hips
My 2nd and 3rd both walked at 14 months
My 4th is 14 months and not walked yet though has taken a few steps and is crusing everywhere
My little girl was 14 months. I would get it checked out to be honest. My nieces didn’t walk till late on and they had trouble with their knees xx
my now 7 year old didn’t walk until she was 2 due to her disability and my 5 year old started walking at 9 months and my 8 month old is not walking yet and probably won’t get to see her walk atm
They don’t worry until they are 2 I’m sure but get advice from a doc maybe to put your mind at rest x
My daughter was 19 nearly 20 months they do it when they are ready
My girst 9/10 months 2nd was just over 11 months. All kids r different tho x
My 2 girls were 13 months my little boy is 15 months and not walking yet x
My 1st was 12 months
My 2nd was 2 years 1 month
My 3rd was 18 months
My lil one is 13 months still not walking. My older boy was 14/15 months old.
My daughter was a few days before her first birthday and my son was 8 months old
