Can I have a post please; I have a b12 in deficiency I have a injection & have it done at the doctors & have been for about a year now I have my b12 injection every 3 months each time I have I have in different arms either my left or right… some nurse said to me at the hospital I should be having it in my bum 😕 I’m confused as to where it should be… & I believe I need it about every 2 months as the last month I’m feeling like CRAP & get a lot of dum ness & just in general I don’t have any energy… can any mums relate to this & if you have the same problem thank you ladies 😊
