Can I have a post please?

I really need to learn how to cook 🙈
I grew up on freezer crap anything that could be lashed in the oven for 20mins or so .
Am now 24 with my own kids and seem to be eating crap like I am 5 years old . Can anyone bit me up with some simple beginners recipes please? I don’t want this lifestyle for me òr my kids anymore .
