Can I have a pp please ?

So me and my ex are going through court as he had a drug and alcohol problem and never turned up to see her and obv allot more issues.., anyway to cut a story short we agreed to be civil and be ok for our child’s sake, he’s not allowed to drink or take drugs 24 hours prior to his contact. He promised tonight he is going to show how much he loves our daughter as it’s a big day tomorrow and not drink and prove he can do it ! So tomorrow is Father’s Day and he’s just rang me at this time drunk out his head and he’s been beat up! I try get a straight answer out of him but sounds like he started on someone! I’m so upset for my baby’s sake why would you even go out knowing fully well your supposed to be seeing your child and the fact it’s fathers day too ! For one day a week he can’t man up and take responsibility I’m so upset for my baby and how he can not think that much of her ! He’s making out I’m in the wrong for being mad?! I’m just looking for some reassurance really how could anyone do that to there child !
