So this is a bit confusing but I’ll try my best, I had a medical abortion today and they had to test me blood to make sure I wasn’t rh- which as far as I knew I wasn’t, turns out I’m rh- and I never got told with my first pregnancy and he’s a + blood type, but since having him I’ve had 3 miscarriages, how do I go about making a complaint as surely they should ov knew my blood type and gave me anti-d injections and because they didn’t I’ve since suffered miscarriages
