Can I have a pp please?
Just want to see if anyone has any advice.
My gas and electric supplier (NPower) sent me an email today saying my bill will increase from £63 to £116 in November and this will be my new monthly payments?! I can’t afford this! I’m going to ring them tomorrow but wondering if someone has been through something similar and how do you go around lowering the payments? I can’t switch as I have a small debt with them (will be paid soon however can’t afford to pay it in one go) please advise! With Christmas coming up this has really annoyed me 😫 thank you x
