Can I have a pp please?

My baby is 5 weeks old and will not sleep anywhere other than on mine or DP chest. I will not sleep with her at all I just stay awake whilst she sleeps when DP gets some sleep alone as he does sleep with baby on his chest. I don’t feel safe doing it and when he does do it I’m constantly waking checking on her and will go back to sleep knowing she’s okay.
We did have a Moses basket but she hated that so we got a 3 in 1 rocker napper and it is on a recline position, has vibration and we also bought a padding fitting attachment so it made for softer sleeping. She also has reflux so we thought the reclined 3 in 1 would be perfect but she wakes up almost instantly when put down and also she hates being swaddled she just screams when we do it as she likes her hands by her face and gripping onto things. I’ve tried putting an item of my clothing in with her too and that hasn’t worked.
I understand she is still tiny and feels safe with her parents. I will not let her cry it out as I’ve seen some suggestions it’s cruel at such a young age. I can deal with her sleeping like this for now but I worry in future she won’t settle anywhere but on us I.e when we get her a cot and she’s several months old.
Any suggestions on how to get her to settle in her napper?
Also we’ve put her in when in a deep sleep and she still wakes up within a few minutes. Thanks in advance.
