Can I have a pp pls.

Perfect prep machine users. Has anyone had this fault…..
Hot shot comes out fine, second phase comes BUT it’s dribbling out and really hot too. Doesn’t dispense the full amount of oz it should be… say 6oz it will only dispense 2oz and boiling hot after the full cycle.
