Can i have a ppp? Does any think these can be a sign of PND?

Cried quite a bit at the beginning but put it down too exhaustion

Constant headaches/jaw pain from jaw clenching i don’t realise im doing

Only have a few days of feeling down buy most the time but have uncontrollable rage/ irrational rage nearly every day

No libido

Dont have any patience like i used too, smallest things wind me up

Gaining weight – cant be bothered to cook but then affects mood even more so constantly comfort eat rubbish

Try and go out every day but always feel like i cant be bothered too

Always feel anxious – up till 4am some nights

Partner says i treat baby different to eldest – less patience for her

Feel like i hate my partner, hate him even touching me since having baby 8 months ago
