Has anyone dealt with bad anxiety like to the point you don’t want to leave the house or deal with certain things…
I have a 7yr old and 6month old and its ruining my life 😕 i have been to the doctors and im on beta blockers but it still doesn’t help 😕 i was working 3 jobs and never had time to think but since i had my second child this has came on 😞
The doctor said it caused by stress and im not depressed. I just want to be back to normal and live my life 😢
