Can i have a ppp i had my little girl 15 days ago i cant sleep or in fact do anything with worrying she is going to stop breathing i feel i can’t enjoy my baby i just want to cry 😭 this is my 3rd baby and didn’t have this with my other two.
Over the past 4 nights I’ve spent 30 minutes then I’m up again with worry checking her on top of waking up for her feeds and my other two children it’s alot last night it was so bad i was having a night mare of her dying i just cant stop this feeling something bad is going to happen 😭. I can’t even let anyone hold her longer than 10 minutes as i worry they are not checking her 😭. My other half is so helpful and would have her as much as i needed when his here but i cant leave her i didn’t breastfeed my others could it be this? I know everyone must worry about this i just don’t think it’s normal to take over your life or maybe I’m wrong anyone else felt this way ? Or can help me in anyway possible xx
