can i have a ppp its not about me but my neighbor has 2 children and she shouts at them all the time this morning she started at half 6 what would people do if this was there neighbor i have told my housing group and they said they would send a noise complant out but this hasnt seemed to help

maybe u should speak to your neighbour an see if u can help in any way u never know they maybe struggling etc
