Can I have a ppp

Looking for some advice. I separated with my husband 2 months ago. I got my own house for me and my son. He hasn’t really bothered to see our son only when it suited him anyways he wants me to lick up to his family which I won’t his friends wife invited me round today with all family so I show up with ex husbands niece looking at her mum like why is she here anyways I ignored it atmosphere was awful I stayed not even an hour friends wife was upset I didn’t stay for food. Anyways they were all at his sisters house last night but I didn’t get an invite so I obviously didn’t go. He is Iranian and only got his visa to be in this country because of me and my son. There is apparently some solicitor I can see or family courts or something to get myself full rights over my son because I’ve got messages from him saying he doesn’t want or son hates him because he came from me and he has my blood etc. Please ladies I’m desperate I obviously haven’t got the money to go to court or what ever any help would be much appreciated.
