Can I have a PPP.

My LB is 13 days old. Today he’s been really irritable and keeps crying and won’t settle unless I hold him. He came out in a really horrible looking rash earlier we have been to the hospital and they said he seems ok and not to worry. Has anyone else’s child ever had this as I’m not convinced he’s ok….. I did mention he’s been struggling with colic symptoms and asked if he could be having a delayed allergic reaction to milk but the doctor at the hospital didn’t seem too bothered and said if it’s still the same on Monday to visit my GP who will do some tests. Also it’s not heat rash.
