Can I have a ppp , not baby related. Was just wondering if anyone on here had been in a situation like this before. I cancelled my sky contract a few weeks ago and paid my last bill. On Friday there (29th dec) I went to my bank and £175 had been taken out … went into the branch and it turned out it was sky. Contacted sky to see why they had done this and it was an “error” they where so unhelpful and rude on the phone. My bank took out a visa dispute to get this back , I was told it could possibly be back in my bank on the Friday night or Saturday. This money was my child tax credits and child benefit so has left me with very little. The money didn’t go back when they said it could possibly and still isn’t back in. I’m now totally skint and running out of things in the house. I don’t have anyone to borrow money from so I’m now totally panicking. I’ve called my bank every day to see what’s happening and they keep telling me to keep my eye on my bank. Has this happened to anyone else?
