Sorry for the long post
So my partner got it court ordered a month ago that he gets his children back living with him but the children still get to see their Mum half the school holidays and alternate weekends. So anyway she has already broken the court order by not returning the children back yesterday when the youngest was meant to start the new School term today. But he should be getting them back later today. And previously before the last court order was issued, my partner had the children in his care originally and the mother failed to return the children to him one weekend before claiming that he physically abused the children (which he never) so the social got involved and it was proven that she was telling the children not to like their daddy and making up stuff about him. So anyway, he is going to fill in a form to say she has broken the court order but he doesn’t know if he should still let the children see their Mum as she is now messing with their schooling and she will not communicate with the social or any other professionals. What would you guys advise? Thanks x
