Can I have a ppp

HI ladies, can I have some advice please, I’m a first time mammy and my little one is 5 weeks old. She seems really unsettled by this time of night. She has a dummy but when it’s in her mouth she still kicks off and screams. Also how do you get your little ones to drink water mine just won’t do it. Any advice at all would be a big help thank you x
Also could you add her wee is smelling really strong should I contact health visitor or doctor x
