Can I have a PPP?

I have asked my partner to leave for many reasons and I really don’t want to be with him anymore. We have a two year old daughter together. He is refusing to leave the house and said I should leave but he won’t let me take my daughter with me and I don’t want to leave her and I don’t have anywhere to go.

He is refusing to leave the house and saying if he has to leave he is going to take my daughter and I can see her on weekends! He’s saying why should it be the other way round (which I get but it should be 50/50). I don’t want to argue in front of my daughter so I’m just acting like everything is fine. I don’t know what to do how do I get him to leave? I have no money or resources to leave myself and I don’t want my daughter to be uprooted and confused! Any advice would be much appreciated. TIA
