Can I have a PPP?
Long story short my partner has a LO Who he’s not been able to see for nearly a year now due to the mum stopping him.
There is no reason as to why she stopped his contact with his son apart from the fact he changed jobs so his contact days would of needed changing (he only had him twice a month) and she doesn’t like me!
He has tried to get hold of her through social media and phone but she’s blocked him on everything.
He can’t even get hold of CSA to sort out payments as he has no way of getting hold of her.
Unfortunately he can’t take her to court as funds are low and he gets no support from the government.
Has anyone got any advice on what he can do to be able to see his son again? Thank you

He doesn’t need to contact her to speak to the csa
It costs £215 to apply for a contact hearing at the court, think that’s around 2 months csa payments on minimum wage?
