Can I have a private post please, I usually co sleep and always have done with my nearly 6 month old daughter. But I want to get her sleeping in her own bed. Any tips or advice on how I can do this? Also on how to start getting a routine going? She always wants a nap at around 6/7 but then will be awake till 11PM sometimes 1am when she really doesn’t want to sleep. I’ve tried making her nap earlier but she just won’t sleep. Mummy just wants her bed back! And how long do i let her cry, im trying to get her to self soothe but she gets really upset. Hope someone can help 😊 Thank you
