Can I have a private post please,
I want to leave my husband we share the mortgage on our home I work and he pays the mortgage out of his pension. He’s said if I leave il go with only the clothes on my back. I know he can’t stop me taking my clothes and my personal essentials but not sure how I stand with anything else. I’m currently on maternity leave and also have older child so haven’t a clue what to do. I want a divorce but haven’t any grounds apart from not loving him anymore and can’t stand being in this rut any longer. I haven’t a clue how all of this works. Can anyone offer me some advice PLEASE?
