Can I have a private post please. I’m due to go on my maternity leave end of August and today in the post I get a letter from my work saying on Tuesday I have a disciplinary hearing. So I don’t know what the outcome will be. I’ve worked there nearly a year I do 12 hour shifts with no break while being pregnant. I’ve taken like 2 days off the whole time I’ve been there. I work my butt off for my company. They’ve not even been in for a risk assessment since I’ve told them I’m pregnant and I’m 20 weeks next week! Will I still be entitled to my mat pay if I get sacked Tuesday? And is there anything I can do I’m really stressing as I cannot loose my mat pay xx
