Can I have a private post please?

I’m in my early twenties with two kids. I’ve been with my partner for years now and we’re each other’s best friend.
BUT, (tell me if I’m being silly), sometimes I really don’t want to be with him. He can be selfish, controlling and lazy, it drives me mad and we’ve been having the same argument for 3 years about lack of trust etc. It’s boring me now. But he’s my best friend. I ended it not long ago because him constantly accusing me drove me mad and he was so upset saying he’d change so I got back with him. 2 weeks on and it’s happening again.

Is it just a rough patch or does it sound like it’s over? Head is such a mess
