Can i have a private post please: looking for advice on getting my 21 month old to have his nap earlier in the day as at the moment he is falling asleep around 4pm and then hes not going to bed until 10pm or after. hes giving all the signs hes tired rubbing his eyes, playing with his hair, yawning but just wont give in – ftm any advice would be appreciated x
