Can I have a private post please on any page?
Not baby related!!
Me and my partner and children are going on our first family holiday next year and I have never ever been on a plane before, my anxiety is through the rough just thinking about stepping foot on the plane, my main worry is the actual plane flight, has anyone else been in this situation and how was it for them? Also is there anything I can take that will calm my nerves before I get on the plane? See I think I will feel a bit better having my children with me but I know the fear is still there I should be feeling happy and excited but I’m not I’m feeling upset and scared 😞 any advice at all would be great thank you xx
