Me and my oh have heard scratching and movement in my loft … we have looked up there and it’s got to be a rodent/s, I just wanted some advice really on this situation and maybe people could tell me any stories ? Never had a issue with them before and I’ve heard them in the walls 😕 not what I want to deal with this close to Christmas …

Could be glis glis. They like to hibernate in lofts at this time of year. They live in trees and are a cross between a rat and a squirrell. They have bushy tails but shaped like a rat. They dont carry diseases like rats though. However I know they are hard ti get rid of. Do you have tree branches hanging over yiur roof? If so then thats how they get in
I had mice used traps and they kept taking the food off . Then it was so sneaky I could see it walking up dragging food. Put a piece of paper there snapped the paper . Kept this going for a while . They were pooing behind my sofa ripped my sofas lining so … I had no choice got a cat not seen one since x
