Can I have a privet post please? Tia xx

Just looking for advice…
I have a little girl with my ex she’s 2 years old, he hasn’t bothered with her for 6/7 months, before then he popped in and out of her life and probs only seen her 10times max! Never showed up to the birth certificate appointment (his own choice) Never helped provide for her either. Always an excuse as to why he can’t come, never shows to her hearing aid appointments ( recently found out she only has 40% hearing so told him about all appointments excuse for everyone of them!) I know people will say I’m harsh or being unfair but I need a way of cutting him out completely. There’s so much more but the list will go on forever! I’ve tried cutting contact but been told it would go against me if things went to court!
What can I do to stop contact and him being around her as he is a stranger to her and I don’t want him picking and choosing when he can be bothered to see her
