Can i have private post please.

Hi I need advice asap..
I take my pills every night I’m abit sloppy with them so it’s not on a exact time every night its like maybe a hour later than the usual time. Any way I went out on a works doo on the 27th October and i toke it in the pub around 8pm i went home at 10pm and i started throwing up cause I drunk to much. Then the next day I have diarrhea all day and was sick all day. I toke my pill around 8.30pm that night and had diarrhoea about 30 minutes after.
Me and my partner had unprotected sex the night before my night out.
So the Sunday just gone if started spotting brown. I’m not due my period so i thought perhaps it wants to come early so i stopped my pill now it’s 2 days into my 7 day break and all I’m having a brown stuff and a tinge of pink. It’s only when I wipe. And if had tiny cramps they don’t feel like period cramps
I have 3 children my youngest is 9 months. I’m really worried. What you think the chances are of me being pregnant?
