Can I have s private post please? This is slightly embarrassing..im 22 got 3 children,youngest is 6 weeks. My bladder is really bad..I went for a wee an done an exercise video but when I was doing the starjumps my pants were all wet from where I leaked.has anyone else got this? Will doing my pelvic floor exercises help? Is there anything else I can do? Im only 22 so just wondering will this happen forever now? Also if I need a wee and sneeze I leak to..
