Can you please post, I’ve just had my 20 week scan and they have notice the kidneys are dilated, they’ve now booked me in to see a fetal medicine consultant. Has anyone else had this? As I’m obviously really worried. TIA

Are u having a boy? It’s most common in boys my little one had it and he grew out of it with no issues he’s now 7 and thy keep an eye on them for there first 4 years+ baby may need medicine when it’s born until age of 4 but thy just keep an eye on it
When I had my 20 week scan my son had a kidney infection it is common in boys , hope everything goes ok for you x
