Could I have a pp please my little girl is 3 she has this awful cough she’s had some cough med but it don’t seem to be working for her it’s more like a bark than a cough… Don’t know if a should take her to out of hours r wait for the doctors opening tomorrow any advice please??

Sounds like Croup there is a lot of it going round. Follow your instincts if you feel it can’t wait until the doctors open in the morning take her to out of hours.
How is her breathing? I would phone out of hours, my daughter had this and the cough medicine made her worse & turned out to have a mix of bronchilitis and croup Xx
Try vicks vapo rub on the soles of her feet at bedtime with socks on.
