Could I have a private post please?
It’s not baby related, but need some help, I’m getting married in June and I suffer terribly with dry/itchy scalp I’ve tried all the usual stuff (head and shoulders) t gel, just wondering if anyone else had anything I could do before I go doctors I’ve left hair appointments till the last minute because I’m so embarrassed about it 😕

Aveda scalp benefits is a great product as well as moo goo. Both are pricey tho but an alternative to steriod based products. Head and shoulders i hace found is one of the worse products for irritating the scalp if you have psoriasis.
It maybe scalp psoriasis you have, if really bad the gp can diagnose and prescribe steroid or tar based products.
So you have tried stripping your head of oils…try washing only with conditioner see if that helps maby your scalp is too dry now? Also wash it less perhaps x
Try child’s farm. My daughter has a dry itchy scalp I used child’s farm shampoo and conditioner and it’s been amazing.
