Hello. Can I have a private post please.
Currently 28 weeks pregnant and have a growth scan tomorrow, I informed my employees about my scan since I received the letter on the 24th may.
Long story short I get an hour lunch break that is stated in my contract. However I sent an Email with my scan letter attached as a reminder. My deputy has come back stating that I shouldn’t take a lunch break because my scan is at 3:20pm. Is this allowed ? Surely they can’t expect me to go all day without eating!?
