Hey can i have a ppp

Okay so basically since about 12 o clock I’ve been getting these period like pains in my lower tummy they keep coming and they hurt like he’ll but they àrent getting worse but there not calming down and they keep coming back I thought it is Braxton hicks but they’ve been non stop since about 12 could this be contraction or just strong Braxton hicks?… No bashing please
