Hey can I have a ppp
So my daughter has a cough and I have been on to nhs 24 and they just said to keep her hydrated put viks on her chest and bottom of feet I have given her Calpol and nurophen is there anything else I can try ? Every time she trys to sleep she coughs and wakes up she is coughing so hard that she is 0sick and at times she can’t get a breath it’s hard to watch and makes me worried that if I fall asleep she might choke thanks xx

Prop a few pillows under her so she’s not lying flat xx
Can you raise head of her bed slightly?
Steam is good get her in the bathroom run the shower
Prop her up with pillows so shes not lay flat on her back should help stop the choking feeling x
Currently going through the same it’s awful I’ve no advice just hope little one gets better soon x
My niece has this warm drinks seem to be helping her x
Try propping her up a bit
