Hey could you do a post for me please

I’ve recently posted about finding out I’m pregnant. I’m making an appointment with the Dr tomorrow as I’ve done another test which came back negative. I’ve been in bits all day today. I’m not bleeding but I have a dull ache above my left Ovary I was on the pill so I’m now terrified it might be ectopic which is why I got the negative result. Is there anything I can do apart from go doctors, my partner has been trying to console me all day. My head hurts I’ve been crying way too much. xxx
