Hey! It’s not really baby related but some advice would be very greatly appreciated.
So my mum is dying and my best friend has gone round with pictures of my Mum from a year ago when she was healthy telling people I’ve made it all up and my mum is fine. Does anyone know if the police can do anything about this? Thought i would ask for advice before wasting police time. Thank you

Not really sure if they will do anything but you need to unfriend her. Ignore what she says and focus on your mum. Everyone that loves and cares about you, knows the true. The rest that think your lying then shove the 🖕 up to them and ignore them. They don’t deserve to be a part of your life. Sorry to hear about your mum ❤😔 x
I would definitely give it ago ring the none emergency num and ask for advice ect they will be able to tell u if a police matter or not x
