Hey please could I have a ppp

Hey everyone one iam looking for some advice when my lg is mad upset or fighting her sleep she pulls her hair she has done this from day 1 (now 7months) she wont have a dummy or anything to help her sleep or anything well now shes pulling her hair out if I put anything on her hands she pulls them off
has anyone else little ones done this and what did you do ? Thank you x
