Hey ya can i have another pp. Quick back story been fighting in court with my ex over child contact hes not safe to have them which is recommended by cafcass social worker due to his drugs and alchol tests hes failed. He wants the kids every other weekend over night which isnt going to happen thats 100% it will stay in a center but he just wont agree so wants to keep this endless battle in court ive just had enough of it its so tiring. My solicitor has explained to him its a waste of time as it will come to the same outcome but maybe more of his dirty laundry will come out as social worker doing a indept report on him. But anyway my question is its going to the final hearing im not worried about anything except for one thing my solicitor said he will be allowed to cross examin me aa hes not getting anyone to represent him this will be the 1st time ive spokem to him since the break up. Which was phiscal emotionally financially abuse i dont know how im going to do it its terrifiing me. Ive come so far all the professionals ive worked with have said ive done incredible in the year ive been away from him. Im just scared of breaking down back to square one
