Hi can I get a PP please..

I feel like the worst mum in the world right now. My 4 1/2 year olds behaviour is getting worse by the day. He literally winges and screams from the minute he wakes up, he will moan about anything he can think of. He goes to school screaming all the way until we get there then from when I pick him up he screams all the way home up until bed time, he punches and kicks me too. I have had enough of him. I have a partner (his dad) who does Jack all to help me😤. I do everything my self literally. I just can’t cope with my son anymore. I just feel like giving up and walking away 😭 i have tried everything I can think of.
The docs keep fobbing me off and saying this is normal. I cry everyday coz of him. Please no bashing I am really depressed from his behaviour and just don’t no what to do anymore. Just want some friendly advice.
