Hi can i have a annomonus post please . My baby girl is 2 weeks old today and she has gone 3-4 days without pooping but she does plenty of wet nappies she is formula fed doesnt have much breast milk. Should i be worried and contact my midwife? Thanks

Can you reply to the post please ive tried rubbing her belly and lifting her knees up to her belly and shes on the ready made formula and the powder one but mostly ready made and do they have to be a certain age to try a little water? X
This happened to my son its cuz of the formula try a little water Also we pushed his legs to wards his chest and back down again sort of like you have a sink plunger worked for us
what milk does you little one have as my little girl went through the same i tried water, moving her legs about, warm bath ect nothing worked so in the end i had to change her milk and gave her an oz of prune juice and ever since then shes always gone every 2 days x
I know you’re not meant to give them juice so young but if mine had gone that long without a poo I’d give like just a mouthful of orange juice to get them going again ! X
