Hi can I have a post it’s nhs related and seeking advice x
I had a d&c as I had an incomplete miscarriage they said everything is gone and my next pregnancy will be successful! I felt even worse after I had my surgery pains for months still getting them now from back in April I have a cyst aswell and I’m in a lot of pain and they fob me off everytime I see them last week I lost lots of clumps of blood and skin stuff went doctors they took it hospital I was still in pain went back to doctors they gave me tablets because they thought I was constipated! Fact is I had my results back and it was in fact part of a baby I had bloods done yesterday and the results come back negative as they thought I was having a pregnancy in the tubes but they told me it was todo with my surgery that they didn’t complete it can I sue them?

This has probably happened to loads of women we’re it hasn’t all come away. . I would say your chances to sue them are pretty slim
What is it you are looking to gain from Sueing?
Accidents can happen and surgeries can go wrong. Nothing is 100%
Are they sure it’s do with the surgery? Or is it a guess? Have they done any more tests yet to confirm everything? I wouldn’t go down any legal routes prematurely til you are certain of causes.
