Hi can I have a post please.

I need some advice. For the last year I have been suffering from itchy anal and vagina mainly at night time. I have been backwards and forwards to the doctors and have been given creams and oral treatment but nothing is working I am still suffering and hardly getting any sleep as when I start to settle it starts to itch and makes me uncomfortable and frustrated it is really starting to get me down I have no idea what it could be. I have to bath every night to help take the itching away even if it’s only for an hour. I don’t know what to do or what it could be doctor keeps telling me it’s thrush but it wouldn’t last this long
