Hi can i have a pp please.

For 8 weeks or so i have had a sore right breast. I felt no obvious lumps but it is painful. I mentioned it to the GP 4 weeks ago and nothing really came of it.
The pain has been getting worse and when i cough there is a shooting pain behind the nipple.
My breast looks the same. No discharge. No change in colour just very painful.
I went to the GP again yesterday and she examined me. She said my breast tissue is more prominent in my painful breasts but no obvious lumps. She has referred me to the breast clinic and said i will have an apt in 2 weeks.
I am now worried sick and very anxious about it.
My nan was diagnosed woth BC at 52 and died at 60. And since then i have had anxiety around cancer anyway.
Dont really know why i am posting this to be honest. I know i cant have medical advice. I am only 29 with a 6 year old daughter. Has anybody had anything similar?
