Hi can I have a pp please

I have a 12 year old and 8 year old. Was with my husband 20 years. He separated from me in November last year. We’ve been fighting about divorce, maintaince and contact. I’ve had kids last seven weeks continuously due to an incident that happened with there father and then feeling like there continually dumped onto grandparents every time there with him so he can go out.

My little boy the 8 year old has just taken a temper tantrum and slapped right across the face. I told him naughty step and he wouldn’t go so I dragged him across floor and sat him on naughty step told him he’ll sit there for 8 minutes and think about what he’s done.

He shouted I hate you and I want my dad. Call my dad and tell him to come get me. I never want see you again. You’re stopping me seeing me dad and it’s opposite he’s not requested to see them or ask about them in 8 weeks.

He’s left s massive slap hand print on me.

What do I do?
