I’ve been on the council list for a while, today I got a call asking if I was interested in a property I had bid on they said the 1st people on the list had refused it and I was next! I told them that I am interested so they made arrangements for someone to come out to do a pre tenancy assessment 2mora can anyone shed any light on what happens next please
