Hi can I have a pp please? Not baby related but I am hoping someone can give me some advice or help?
Long story short, my Mum’s partner of nearly 7 years dumped my Mum on Christmas Day & she is broken. I am so so worried about her, my Dad left 10 years ago, a few months before her Mum passed away then she found out he was having an affair so she walked away. I thought my Dad leaving & her Mum passing was going to kill her but with great strength she got through it but now it’s happening all over again & I don’t know what I can do to help her, she’s telling me she wants to be with her Mum, the pain is so strong&unbearable that she hasn’t the strength to go through it again, what can I do? She has been staying with me for the last few days but she just keeps crying saying she can’t do this, I can’t hear my Mum saying this to me because it’s making me worried shitless thinking she’s going to do something stupid. Has anyone been through something similar or can give me some advice? Am 21 with mental health issues myself & every time it hits Christmas/this time of year I always hit rock bottom & feel so low so I don’t even feel strong enough to help I feel so useless but I can’t loose my Mum she’s all I’ve got 😣
