Hi can i have a PP please. This is quite sensitive to me but important in some respects as I’ve really got myself down and want some postive reinforcement to carry on going. Looking at my picture what size would you say I was/what I weigh. I’m 5ft 1 in height and obvs excuse my saggy mum tum as I have lost a lot of weight which is also another issue of mine as I can’t seem to tone it even with HIIT workouts. Any guesses or advice for me? Ty xxx
