Hi can I have a pp please x

Asking for a friend 🙂
My friend has a very tiny 2 bedroom council flat and has two 3 year old girls and is pregnant with her 3rd child (unsure of sex) she knows on gov that she’s now entitled to a 3 bedroom property but she wants to no if she goes down to council will they change and up her banding like it states or will they only do it when baby is here she has anxiety so she doesn’t want to go down if she needs to wait 🙂
